Gunda (also called lesua or lasoda, depending which part of India you're from) is a small round fruit that's fairly rare outside Rajasthan and Marwari kitchens specifically. Pickled, it takes on a slightly tangy, slightly bitter edge that's genuinely unlike anything else in our range.

If you've never tried gunda pickle before, this is a good place to start — it's an acquired taste for some, but a favourite for anyone who grew up with Marwari cooking.
