How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Click here to track order

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Net Banking & UPI (BHIM, Amazon Pay, PhonePe, Patym, Gpay). We also accepts Cash on Delivery.

How do I place an order on your website?

To place an order, browse our products, select the item you want, choose the size if applicable, and click "Add to Cart." Once you’re ready, click the cart icon and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order.

When will I receive my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message that will include your order details and the selected shipping method. Please allow 5-7 business days for transit time to receive your order once it has shipped. You can also track your order using the tracking information provided.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of the duration of placing the order. We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn’t been shipped. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.

Can I exchange a product after delivery?

As of now, we don't offer the facility to exchange products after delivery. However, we are currently working on implementing this option in the future. Please ensure the compatibility and size of the product before placing your order.

What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing?

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours after delivery at masalapotliinc@gmail.com immediately. Please also share an image or video of the box opening and the front label to help us resolve the issue promptly.

How do I use a discount code?

To use a discount code, enter the code in the “Discount Code” box during checkout and click “Apply.” The discount will be reflected in your order total. Please note that only one discount code can be used per order.

What should I do if my prepaid order is not delivered?

If your prepaid order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please first check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. If the tracking information indicates that the package is lost, RTO or if there has been no update for several days, contact our customer service team at masalapotliinc@gmail.com or WhatsApp Message on +91 823 3800 823. We will investigate the issue and either arrange for a replacement shipment or provide a refund.

What should I do if the amount was deducted from my card but the order was not processed?

Rest assured, we are here to assist you in every way possible. Please first check your bank or credit card account to confirm if the amount has been debited. If the payment was deducted despite a failure, the respective bank will automatically reverse the amount within 7-10 business days.
