Ingredients:
- 2 Bowl Paneer Cubes (100g)
- 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt (100g)
- 1-2 Tablespoons Mustard Oil
- 2 Tablespoons (about 20g - 25g) Masala Potli Tikka Marination Masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the plain yogurt, mustard oil, and Masala Potli Tikka Marination Masala. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
- Add salt to taste to the marinade mixture and mix again.
- Add the paneer cubes to the marinade mixture and gently toss until the paneer is evenly coated with the marinade. Ensure that all the paneer cubes are well coated.
- Allow the paneer cubes to marinate in the mixture for about 15-20 minutes to absorb the flavors. You can also marinate them for longer if desired, for more intense flavor.
- While the paneer is marinating, preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Once the paneer cubes have marinated, thread them onto skewers, leaving a little space between each cube.
- Brush the paneer cubes with any remaining marinade mixture for added flavor.
- Place the skewers on the preheated grill or in the oven and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the paneer is golden brown and slightly charred around the edges.
- Once cooked, remove the paneer tikka skewers from the grill or oven and transfer them to a serving plate.
- Garnish the paneer tikka with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
