Ingredients:

Pizza Dough:

  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Pizza Sauce:

  1. In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add the crushed tomatoes, "Masala Potli Dry Basil," salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  3. Simmer the sauce over low heat for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly. Remove from heat and set aside.

Assembling and Baking:

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into two equal portions. Roll out each portion into a thin circle on a floured surface.
