Classic Garlic Bread

Here's a delicious recipe for garlic bread using Masala Potli Garlic Powder and sprinkled with Masala Potli Pizza Mix:

Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf of French bread or Italian bread
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon "Masala Potli Garlic Powder"
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • "Masala Potli Pizza Mix" for sprinkling

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, "Masala Potli Garlic Powder," salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
  3. Slice the French or Italian bread in half lengthwise and place the two halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  4. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the garlic buttered bread.
  6. Sprinkle "Masala Potli Pizza Mix" generously over the cheese.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the bread are golden brown.
  8. Once done, remove the garlic bread from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
  9. Slice the garlic bread into smaller pieces and serve warm.
